Item Description: 1917 Colt 1911 for sale. This is my favorite firearm however there are things more important that collectibles so I've decided to list it in order to take care of more important issues presently.
This pistol serial places it as a 1917 model and it appears to be all original. Has the GHS monogram stamp as well as the "H" inspection stamp on the barrel.
There aren't any arsenal marks that I can find. This firearm has a nice patena and the finish is pretty well worn but it feels good and has a good bore.
Also has the lanyard loop on the frame.
Comes with one magazine that is two-tone (common from the era)
Asking 1700.00 or partial trade for a good running SBC 350
**I'll also throw in somewhere between 520-560 rounds of steel Tula .45 ammo. Not gonna count it all but it's in that range**
