Item Name: 2007 18' Forest River Cherokee camper

Location: Lilburn

Willing to Ship: No

Item is for: Sale Only

Sale Price: $8,200

Item Description: 18' Forest River Cherokee Travel Trailer/Camper

Up for sale is our 2007 Forest River Cherokee 18DD camper. It is practically new, with only one trip to Missouri and back, a couple of weekends at Atlanta Motor Speedway and two camping weekends. It isn't getting the use that we thought it would, and we'd like to pay off some debt to fund future bike and Landcruiser stuff. Besides, the wife has decided that she actually prefers tent camping. :) This camper sleeps 6 as it has one double bed, a couch that folds down and a dinette that also makes a double bed.

Details are as follows:
Rear corner bath w/Lav.
Tub/Shower
Rear corner double bed
Wardrobe
Refrigerator/Freezer
3 Burner Range and Oven
Microwave
Double kitchen sink
Booth dinette with overhead cabinet
Front sofa w/nightstands & overhead cabinet
10' awning
AM/FM CD Player with Inside and Outside speakers
Leveling jacks on each corner
Furnace and rooftop AC
The hitch weight is 525lbs.
The dry weight is 3080 lbs.
The overall length is 21'10".
Interior height 76".
Grey water 42 gal.
Black water 31gal.
Fresh water 50 gal.

Also included will be the weight-distributing hitch, swaybars etc. We have towed this cmaper no problem with a Trailblazer and a 1/2 ton pickup.

The camper is located just east of Atlanta, GA and is available to be shown with some advanced notice. Buyer would be responsible for pick-up, or we could negotiate delivery in the Southeastern US.

Some pics below, but I will add some interior shots as well. If you look up this model camper online, there are several for sale that have interior pics. Ours is exactly like the others listed online, with the exception that it is immaculate inside. No stains. No smells. Everything works! You will not be disappointed. Feel free to email with questions: mstocks066 at gmail.com.

The only difference from the floorplan shown below is that ours does NOT have the additional bunk over the rear corner double bed. Other than that, ours is as shown.
