Most of the carriers and armor I keep are "one size" or a SAPI Large as that's the most common. If you're looking for SAPI sized Plates and carriers, that's a whole different set of options. You can reach out to me and I can get you a quote for this - if you're asking regarding a carrier to fit a 'medium shirt' that's not how carriers are sized, they go by the plate size and not your clothing size.
