These are commercial remanufactured brass cases processed on Mark7 autodrive presses set-up with precision carbide dies on each tool head. We supply bulk remanufactured brass to commercial reloaders and competition shooters across the country.

All raw cases are run through a multi-step remanufacturing process:

• Initial wash
• Deprime
• Primer Pocket Swage
• Full Length Resize
  
  • This process uses a carbide small base die
• Trim OAL
  
  • All brass is trimmed per SAAMI specifications: 1.760 -.020 OAL. The OAL for most of our cases will be 1.750 +/- .005.
• Neck Expansion - M Die
  
  • Neck is expanded to provide approximately .004 neck tension. This process reduces neck runout and any bullet tilt during seating. Bullet will easily sit in case mouth prior to entering seating die.
• Tumble with stainless steel pins

Multi-step QA inspection:

• Primer Pocket Swage
  
  • Inspected with primer pocket go/no-go gauge
• OAL after trim
• Neck expansion and tension
  
  • Inspected with neck tension gauge
• Case Gauge
  
  • Final inspection on full case body to insure that case will chamber properly.

This brass is ready for you to load. No additional case prep should be required.
