Item Description: I have a Euro Arms 1863 US Remington Contract Rifle also better known as the Zouave Rifle. It is chambered in .58 caliber and is rifled so it can fire the .58 Minié ball round. I have a couple rounds I can throw in with the deal. This rifle is in like new condition and the bore has a mirror shine.
I am including what is believed to be an original Zouave Saber Bayonet and Scabbard/Sheathe. From what I can tell there would have to be minor fitting adjustments to the bayonet lug as it is currently a tight squeeze if you’d like to display them with the bayonet attached.
I am looking for a repro Springfield 1795 or a 1816 as well as a repro Revolutionary Era Brown Bess or Charleville in trade. Other US arms or repros will be considered.
I am willing to travel a bit and have a property in Milledgeville if that’s any closer.
