If you know anything about these rifles....they come with a monte carlo stock and the trigger group is set back.....when they get converted they get new internals ...the trigger group is moved forward...which allows for the pistol grip. All parts that are installed make it fall well within the 922r compliance. This one doesnt appear to have the trigger group moved...

Howie, look at the mag release. I do not believe the trigger group is forward. it may be swapped out, but the trigger group is still in the rear position from what I can see in that picture.

Maybe it shouldn't be asked in the thread but I would have questions if I considered this weapon.
