However this had another option of an opposing walk in door ,so you can put it on a slope. However my slope have septic lines in it so I am going another route. They list 6600 without the addition door

I really wanted too use this, but once the second door was added, I really wNt to use both.

Also, once this is put in place, the company will set the location to their GPS , for emergencies

Yeah really, but it's built for specific issues, not long term use. But I would think it could make a shtf scenario.

Yep, if in the ground, someone would really have to look for it.
My wife won’t have it, I have two Dobermans and they don’t mind going up stairs, but they won’t goi down them.
I’m just going to build one in the garage or convert a closet,
