Item Description: First off you'll have to pardon the 308 sticker. We went for a range day and there was a lot of other ARs and 6 mm, 6 5 Creedmoor and and several others so I labeled it to make sure it wasn't fed the wrong ammo that'll come off real easy as will the color fill if you want it all black.
I bought this assembled from PSA a couple months ago. Has maybe 50 rounds through the new barrel. I made a few mods to make it more accurate and tame the recoil. The list of mods is;
1. Ballistic Advantage Hanson 18 inch, Black Series nitrided stainless barrel. $300.00
2. Superlative Arms adj bleed off gas block. $89.00
3. 5.6 oz. buffer $40.00
4. 3 port muzzle brake. $39.00
5. Inexpensive handguard $70.00
All parts in the receivers and receiver extension are as PSA assembled them 0barring the heavy buffer. The recoil was just too much so the buffer and the adj. gas block was a must. I faced the receiver as it was off. One side was considerably higher than the other so I resolved that. I also bedded the barrel to make sure the bore is in perfect axis with the center of the upper receiver. I know it sounds like a lot but is not. It makes for a muy better rifle it's all around. It's a softer shooting, much more accurate weapon now that those issues were addressed. It's presents itself as a new gun. It's clean and scratch free and would make am excellent hunting rig or long range toy.
Prices are what was paid after the initial rifle purchase. Initial rifle price was 600. Total mods came to $538.00. Total money vested is just shy of $1,100.00. Trade value $850.00 shoots .688 MOA with ammo in pics. Better ammo could yield better results. This rifle is very accurate the way it sits. I will cover shipping to local FFL. Scope not included for trade price. I have family in the area who could pick up trade. I will have them ship it through a FFL.
