This is a nickel-plated Gen 3 Smith .22 semi-automatic pistol, one of 500 manufactured (feel free to check the serial number online). Purchased this piece years ago in a pawn shop and had no idea what I had purchased until I started doing some research.
It's in less than perfect condition: the nickel plate is flaking off on the control side where the model number is embossed, as seen in photos. Fully functional, shoots flawlessly, very futuristic in appearance. Not a common piece--it's the only one I've ever seen AND it's part of the Gen 3 models of the Smith and Wesson family.
Comes as shown, with one magazine. I'm partial to trade offers in 9mm and .357, but open to other offers.
I live in Habersham but work in Athens during the week. Any questions please ask, and thanks for looking.
