I carry a G19 iwb and use a X-grip adapter with a G17 mag in it. Also a DB380 in the back pocket or summer just the DB380 depending on what I'm wearing.

g26 vs g19 for concealed carry

I don't trust the +1/+2 extensions. I had my G27 SOB standing at the counter at work one day and suddenly I hear SNAP/FRRRAAPPPPPP! and felt like someone had raked my back with a claw hammer. The base plate had spung off and the follower and spring(and a few rounds of ammo) had popped out of the mag, up my back and onto the floor.
I also use the 22 round mags for my Sub 2000 and they came with +2's. One of the +2's broke off and I had loose rounds and spring in the bag I carry it in. No loss or problem...except counting on a gun that has half it's ammo loose in the bag.
Some time, take a look at the grooves that the extensions use to grip the base of the mag. Most of them are very thin and inadequate IMO.
Now I just use the next size up Glock factory mag and the adapter sleeve.
but you have a more ergonomic, curved grip that actually does conceal a tad better and fits your hand much better. It also shortens the slide a bit which if you are OWB carrying(as I do) means it has less hang/vertical visibility. Also the G26/27s do not have accessory rails which makes the muzzle much smaller and tapered. Far better for concealment(especially if you are IWB carrying).
More than once I've seen them "explode" on the range when dropped while loaded or partially loaded.
I've not seen it happen with the factory 22 or 33 rd. mags. though the potential is there... only with standard mags. that have the "Plus 2's" on them.
While they don't explode all of the the time it has happened often enough that I don't recommend using them for anything other than "games".

I carry a 19 (or occasionally a 23) 365 days a year.
With a good carry sytem either one should hide well. The 19 is more preferred due to better control placement, handfit, sight radius, etc.
Very rarely has anyone in a 300 rd. class ever shot the whole class w/o switching to a 19 or 17 due to having to struggle w/ the "chunkiness" of the 26/27.
The problem is that the reduced surface area of the grip & slide make it hard to hold on to the gun while manipulating the gun & its controls.
We've even had people drop them more than once when doing reloading drills or malfunction clearance drills... especially as the stress increases & fine motor skills degrade during more intense drills trying to replicate the stress of a real fight.
However, if a person prefers the 26/27, can shoot it well, can manipulate it comfortably & quickly... and it is the biggest gun that they WILL carry, they could do a lot worse as far as choice of pistol goes.
I'd rather see someone with a 26 on their person than a 19 or 17 left in the car or at home....

I couldn't do the 17(or in my case 22). I always felt like it needed a bi-pod or turret. Just too darn long. But I've been handling this 32 and it REALLY feels nice. I may carry it for a few weeks after I get it to the range(yeah, even a Glock has to be verified before carrying.

I have both and feel like the 26 is easier to conceal even with the grip extension. The grip extension only makes the front of the grip longer. The back strap is still short like a standard base plate (this is the part that would print). Think about it like this: The size difference between a Glock 19 and a 26 w/grip extension is basically the same as the size difference between a Government model 1911 and a bobtailed Commander. I don't think anyone will argue that the Commander will be easier to carry.
As for the shorter sight radius, it doesn't seem to make a difference .. to me at least. I shoot just as well with either of them.
