THEY don't require either.
I've bought many accessories and whatnot from them and said "I don't need a bag or receipt". They never forced either on me, and kept no record of my transaction when I paid in cash.
Now FEDZILLA requires the Form 4473; but only on firearms, so for most of your purchases you'd still be OK.
If they want "Cash only" and no bill of sale, then I want NO Form 4473...it's just that simple..
From what I saw they were doing background checks as normal and giving customers normal register receipts. Just avoiding credit card money control. Both owners are great and I have bought many guns and accessories there; 30 round AR mag yesterday at normal price. I was just afraid they were going out of business at first.
Many banks are left leaning and will shut your accounts down if/when they find out you are in the firearms industry. They refuse to process credit cards so until they find a 2A friendly merchant services account they have to do cash only business.
They've never offered me a Form 4473, so I don't think it will be a problem if, as you state, you don't want one.
Cash or credit...If you buy any gun from an FFL, you'll fill out a 4473 form.
