I'm not surprised best prices around easy money for them. I've been there when people were trying to make a straw purchase and Mike ran them out.

of Sale

Yeah....I get a Department of Justice Firearms Transaction Record when I sell all my stuff.....

Last time I checked, the dealer (LGS) KEEPS the Form 4473 and gives you another Bill of Sale....

He let the guy know pretty quickly that that constituted "odd behavior" and pegged him as a straw purchaser. Wouldn't sell.

Don't mean to beat up on a LGS that already has good prices, but did they drop the 3% credit card processing fee off the prices of firearms? As many of you know a lot of online gun dealers have a CC price and a cash price. I don't think GGS absorbed this cost before they implemented their "cash only" policy.

They've never offered me a Form 4473, so I don't think it will be a problem if, as you state, you don't want one.

My statement wasn't about a copy of one; it was about filling one out, period.

You can want whatever you like, regardless of how silly and childish it is. They won’t go out of business because you didn’t buy something from them or complained on the internet but, if it makes you feel better go right ahead.

For the most part, I quit buying from LGSs for that. When's the last time when you bought a gun here you had to fill out a Form 4473? Childish? Ha!

I'm just back from picking up a rifle from them. Same price, cash or credit. I paid credit.
Would have paid cash if there had been a 3% discount.
