Super cheap, probably priced according to quality. If i had a beater Garand i'd use it

#2 does not say non corrosive which I am guessing they would advertise.
I recently purchased my first service grade M1 and now I know why people love these weapons!!!! They are CRAZY accurate!!! My son and I were stacking them at two and three hundred yards. The CMP sent me a really nice H&R 5,708,793. Can't say enough about them….great to deal with!!! Will be purchasing a correct grade soon.
