He said that as a joke but I believe they'll be somebody buy a gallon now & try to make a few pennies on that galion....heck I think i mite just that
I noticed propane has come way down as well. I go to Tractor Supply to fill bottles and they're down to $2.09 gallon. Fill a 20lb bottle for around $10.
Nope. This is my exit and that price is real. Shell, QT, & Racetrak have been at $1.93 for months. This just happened today.
Buy it and store it up.

The new tax is not an additional .25 per gallon. It gets rid of the current .075 tax and the 4% tax and puts a flat .26 plus whatever you local taxes are. At current prices that adds about .09 to a gallon of gas. It still sucks. Instead of getting rid of the wasteful spending DOT is known for they raise taxes. Pretty typical.

Crap! I was right by there earlier today.
It's so cheap it dropped it had been 1.93 for the last 6 weeks I drive all the way over to the other side of town
