Biden is the one that shut our oil lines down and started buying from Russia and asked Putin to ramp up production.
Did you guys forget all that or maybe y’all voted for Biden and trying to justify.
Facts are real, we were self sufficient on our oil lines. I realize we need to buy some but YES BIDEN created a freaking mess of this himself. I’m not saying Trump is an angel himself but he’s more of a President than Biden will ever be. He started from day one signing all the things Trump did and just like that he we are now. You have to be smarter than what your working with. I’ll say this too Putin was afraid of Trump but he can push little Biden and his staff like a puppet.

Feel free to do a records search for the document. Several other sites, including Pro-Rep, shared the same document. Just because you dislike CNN, doesn’t negate facts. If I had posted it from Alex Jones or some Rightwing rabbit hole conspiracy website, you’d believe it’s more credible?

America doesn’t produce enough oil to be self-sufficient. Furthermore, the measured damage it causes doesn’t outweigh the cost of importing. So it makes more sense to save our own resources and let other countries export it. Especially since our cost for mining and exporting is significantly higher than anywhere else.
Do you support big business? What does the oil business do for you? Nothing. If America relied solely on our own oil, imagine the cost increase. Workers in other countries get paid pennies to mine oil. Supply and demand would drive US prices up, that’s why we don’t just rely on our own resources. Imagine you could only buy from US companies… They could charge whatever they want and there’s nothing anyone could do about it. Capitalism.
Your point has been brought up many many times and always falls short of providing any fact. The question is simple, what benefit does fossil fuel give you? There’s absolutely zero reason to continue fossil fuel expansion, when better alternatives are available and they have a better economic/ environmental impact. The only benefit oil has is for the billionaires that run those companies. The workers have been offered lateral jobs and free education to learn the new energy alternatives. If they did that, they wouldn’t lose jobs. But many are refusing to change because their corporate heads lie and lobby against it.
You talk about Biden signing Ex Orders… Trump literally did 3x as much damage in the first 6 months. America already had a Green Deal and the Keystone pipeline was shut down in 2015. It was Trump that signed an Ex Order and went against advisors. As he did with several things Bush and Obama did. He promised a bunch of stuff that didn’t happen. But let’s ignore that. How about the fact that he got military killed within days of taking office? Or how he multiplied the national debt, blew the govt budget, did deals with countries (like Russia) and lied about CoVID the entire time while directing more money get printed. Meanwhile his buddies were buying up stocks related to CoVID to get rich and shipping necessities to other countries. His actions are why inflation is occurring now and was predicted years ago. Nevermind that he was the one who forced the Afghanistan plan and initiated it. Let’s just blame everything on Biden.

You forget that Obama inherited a recession, which was predicted to be over 70% worse than it was. Obama’s plans severely slowed that inflation and converted the recession. That’s all fact you can research.
In fact, you can also look up what Trump did in his first year. He was already on track to spend more than Obama in 4 years and he did. The numbers you posted are from 8 years as President. Trump exceed that in half the time. Lol
2021 year budget deficit is was expected to be $3.3 trillion according to the CBO (it was higher). That means Trump’s first four years total deficits was $5.7 trillion vs. Obama’s $5.1 trillion.
People here always want to jump up and point fingers at Biden, but ignore all the stuff Trump did and continues to do.
I don’t like any politicians, I just stick to facts. There’s a reason why Republicans very rarely gain the Presidency or the House.
Diesel here in Oklahoma is $5.19. Cushing Oklahoma has the world's largest inshore oil storage. They can hold 71 million barrels. They average around 58 million. Today they are at 31 million and supply is dropping at 2 million barrels per week. Lowest supply since the 80's. Doesn't take long to do the math on that one.

You act like they are not charging what they want to now for fuel and gas. You act like you know about Fossil Fuel, you only know what you have heard or read what Democrats put in your head. I myself have worked at a fossil fuel plant for 42 years and still there. Let me tell you, you have the cheapest power in the U.S. we put out many many megawatts each and everyday burning coal from the United States that our people have mined for years to keep you damn power on so you can rest easy under your roof. Coal Miners have a real job that is hands on. They provide for their families all across. People like you don't deserve that luxury when you talk down power that has carried for us all these years and IDIOTS like your Biden Buddy don't like because they can't suck money off of them. So Democrats and Tree Huggers think the same as you also.. I respect most folks, but when you talk down a job I know a great deal about and you more than likely have never set foot on a power plant. Talk your talk but make sure you can walk that walk too. You have a great day and I'll take care of putting power to your house.
