Anybody using a Gemtech QDA? And on a longer can like an ARC22? Any wobble/issues?

We have them on the shelf and have been running one on a 10/22. I really like it, its pretty solid for a 3 lug style mount. I did notice a little POI shift but it is repeatable since one of the lugs is sized differently allowing it to only go on and off one way.
Do you know what the inside diameter of it is? Would like to still be able to push the baffle stack out without removing it from the can. It would need to be larger than .25" to do so.
Looks like .27 ID at the smallest point.
