Georgia’s own Stonehenge

You would think it was just a stunt to promote the local stone cutting industry. But how many folds in a small town in Georgia would know all that stuff?

i have a book called "Wierd Georgia",, that outlines the story of how they were created, etc.. strange part is the writings on there,, and the way the holes in the rocks line up at noon,, and light goes thru them...wierd..

Why Ted? just curious.

i did find this one point interesting as i looked into the town where these stones are: Since 1950, Elberton has served as the headquarters of the Southeastern Power Administration, a division of the United States Department of Energy. And the stones at at the highest point in that town.

PS. i enjoy your Latin quote as well.
