Does anyone have a membership at this gun range? I was trying to contemplate if it was worth the 500+/year. I want to the rifle range there about 5 to 6 times in December and liked it a lot. Staff was friendly, facility was up to date and clean. Mainly wanting to do it for the rifle range since it is the only range within the metro Atlanta area that is 100 yards indoors. What are your guys' thoughts?

I got a free membership and thanks to a generous family member. I have to say it's great during the daytime, I'm not sure I would want to be there on the weekends. It seems like it would be kind of like shooting in Starbucks ...

Well with the membership is it actually unlimited range time? Lets say I get a membership and they are busy will they limit me to 1 hour (in theory) or will I get to stay as long as I wanted? I went on the weekend once and had to wait up to an hour for a lane. But during the workdays its fairly empty during work hours

Its the nicest range in the Atlanta area. I've only used the rifle range once, got in within a few minutes. Don't remember the day or time.

I wouldn't know. I go as often as possible when there's nobody there. I have had the entire pistol range to myself.

I have a membership there and to me it's well worth it. I had memberships at other ranges and I got tired of them either to hot I'm the summer time or to cold during the winter time with subpar ventilation with poor lighting. It's worth every penny to me to have a climate controlled shooting area with excellent ventilation. The members lounge is also very nice, especially if you have to wait for a lane.

They had a groupon for a 3 month membership for $75 dollars for 2 family members a while back I think. Me and my dad split it. Great range and the people working there are the nicest people. If they still have some type of deal like that you could try it out and make your decision after that.
we chose not to pursue a membership b/c it was just too far to drive to shoot for us if we were to go often.

If they'll ever put legs under the 100 yard side benches or something like that to stabilize them, I'd shoot there frequently. As it is, they are far too bouncy to do much more than a "deer gun" sight-in.

i said no but that's strictly a "is it worth it to me" answer. I love the range but just simply don't ever have enough time to go up there enough to make it worth it plus I also like to go during the day when its not busy and they already offer reduced rates for these times. But if you do plan on going often (more than once a week) then it would be worth it. it is a very very nice range

I agree with what everybody is saying.

1...it is an extremely nice range ,and friendly knowledgeable employees

2...it's only worth the money if it's worth it to you
