not what im saying. said idiots are currently fueled by ignorance. right now, we have to prevent them from tightening regulations on guns. right now is NOT the time to get regulations loosened. you have to walk before you run. this session is NOT the time to get it loosened. we need to play defense right now, then play offense in the next session.

We are playing defense--defense of our young people.

It may not be politically correct, but it has to be done and sooner is better than later.

I get a campus broadcast alert from GSU every 2 weeks or so about some armed robbery on campus, or something similar. When students and faculty have the option to protect themselves.. The criminals will eventually lose their bravado.

the timing on this is a good way to commit political suicide. the masses are gonna protest this and see anyone who supports it as a complete idiot.

It is conservatives and gun owners with this exact line of thinking that destroy pro 2A bills for us. You need to get behind the pro gun bills and contact your reps and let them know of your support of these bills. Sitting there complaining in the corner about defense is a guaranteed way to not get any gun bills passed this session.

My wife is a teacher in the University of Georgia system. She also carries a weapon but she has to leave it in the car when on campus. She doesn't like that but has no choice. Hopefully the law will change. I want her to be able to protect herself.
