Thanks, yeah I was thinking 30-40 days since it's been a while since my last. Oh well. Least it was a week or so earlier than I expected.

Just picked up another M16 today. This one is a M16A1 model 621. It makes "rare" US property stamped m16s look like a dime a dozen. The first generation of the 621 was the 606. The 606 comes with the same heavy barrel with a m14 bi-pod. Colt made the army 200 of the 606's for sustained automatic fire. The 629 was the 2nd gen and came with a M60 bi-pod and a different twist barrel. No clue on how many 629s were produced. Less common than the 606. Its tough to even get any info on a 621 via the all knowing Google. Anyways, I'm done buying these things until next year. Now I have my heart set on a nice, fat and juicy M60 for next spring.

Mine is identical, in new condition. I'll post up some pics when it arrives on F3 from out of state.
BTW, the only reason I wanted this A1 was to make a MK18. I bought a pair of A2s last month with the intention of converting one to a MK18. Found out shortly there after, that MK18s were typically A1 lowers. I'll leave the A2s in factory config and convert this A1 Hbar to a MK18 Navy. Lot of money to pay for a "more true" MK18 config, but I guess I'm weird like that.
