GET SOME. Official NFA Pic thread.

Built 3 of them a few years back , replica buttstock hard to get back then , and pricey . One in 5.56 , one in 9mm , and one in .22 . Mine are clone correct with the full metal rear handguard piece. Guy up in Ohio was making them . John Thomas did all the sight mount / barrel work . Colt uppers on all . Faux marked “ Colt “ lowers . Fun shooters . 5.56 is LOUD ! Nice to see the older stuff getting retroed !

For grins and giggles , I put a Super Safety lower on the 5.56 and shot it today . HOLY SHEET it ain’t no wonder I only have 4% of my hearing , not a typo . Carried a CAR 15 pretty much most of the time , except when using an AK .

Yeah, I did, too, and it was fun until it started jumping on me. I’ve shot full autos without issue, but FRT is a different beast, especially on a 5.56.

Now that FRT is going into my .300BLK. That should be fun!

Those FRT's can burn through some expensive ammo in a hurry. I thought it was bad with the bump stock years ago when 556 was running $.30 a round. It was a $9 mag dump. It's fun but expensive. I'm sticking with my TX 22 for now.
