Volume-wise, I couldn't tell. Barrel is 10". Mystic with adapters adds ~eleventeen inches.
A little lower in tone.
Maybe so...but if you hack the barrel "all you get" is a PDW with 50rd capacity that you can conceal under a light jacket.

No. Had trouble finding those. I did fire some elite sub sonics. Those cycle fine.

Call me a heathen, but I'm thinking of going with the Magpul FCS when my stamp comes in. I've handled a rifle with the fcs and the LOP is perfect for me. Additionally, I like simple and stable.

I had the fixed carbine on a rifle just to try it...turned out it wasn't for me. For a fixed lop, I recommend the moe rifle stock. Seems to be sturdier and it uses the more forgiving rifle buffer system.

If you're going to go for a fixed stock, it's hard to beat the sweet shooting feel of a rifle buffer.

That ain't happening...I just got this thing smoothed out, I'm not changing anything in the buffer/gas system.
besides, I like the LOP of the shorter option. Also thinking about the Ace Entry.
