Run, jump lift.....barely......I can still knock out a solid APFT.That's funny stuff right there. I look at Crossfit as a type of exercise, like P90X. Sure, they don't lift 1000 lbs. once, but they can run, jump, and lift their own body weight many, many times. And do it and not die shortly after. Don't even get me started on the flexibility. But, to each his own.
Flexibility.....I ain't afraid to say, I do yoga once a week....it's definitely a necessity if you're packing on muscle
and I don't want him to grow up watching me dip. He's the main reason I want to stay as healthy as I can for as long as I can. I had him at 39 and was a little late to the father game. I want to be there for him as long as possible. He should not be deprived of having a healthy father all thrugh his growing up years, and beyond. It really means a lot to me to get back in good shape and stay there. I wish all of you trying to better yourselves the best of luck.
