Getting in shape for summer... who's in?

I have made the decision to lay off of weight lifting and letting my only strength training be natural with my own body weight. The only exception is the "ballistic ropes" that I have been using for upper body lean-development.
As we age our needs and goals change. Excessive muscle mass is not a priority after 50.
