I got tired just reading that.I reckon so.... Yesterday all we did was take measurements and find my max bench press. He said that to cut the weight I need to do atleast 30 Min of Cardio 5-6times a week.
Did Insanity,Zumba and sled drills yesterday.

I'm -24 since January 5th.Ok, lets hear some updates. I'm down roughly 27lbs. That number is a little deceiving though since my clothes are fitting more loosely every day but I am gaining strength and muscle mass. I will most likely see the scale start dropping again soon.
