Getting in shape for summer... who's in?

Anyone using the bodyspace app? I picked it up a few days back.....nice to have the ability to review previous workouts and fun to see how much weight I lifted in total.
 
I got tired just reading that.
Did t25 and spin on Tuesday.

Wedneaday did weight lifting in the am followed by t25 and spin class at night.

Did just t25 today. Was going to workout tonight but got a horrible migraine.

Back to the gym in the morning as long as it doesn't snow/sleet to bad.
 
So far I have gone from 205-207 down to around 195 depending on how much I have ate or drank that morning. Still being in the Army makes my schedule very inconsistent, But i'll be out in about 40 days, and will be able get on track. I have also been dealing with bone spurs in my knee. They gave me some steroid shots which have helped, but now I will have to decide if I try to continue to rehab, or get the scope done. So far now cardio and heavy squats are on hold. I am back up to 245 1rm so far though.
Diet wise... I will get busy and forget to eat, so macros have been very low. Strength levels have suffered slightly, but again that will be remedied when I can get more consistent with the schedule, and not have to be ready for a pt test at any given time. Well that's my update, but it's good to see that people are sticking with it.
