Getting naked at TSA checkpoint is not protected free speech

Their analysis is flawed as always-- I am a person of ordinary sensibilities, and I would INSTANTLY understand the political point he was making with those TSA SOBs. No further explanation necessary. If he'd relieved himself right there to prove he wasn't hiding anything in his bladder either-- I'd still understand, applaud, and LMFAO. As long as he didn't do it ON the TSA "professionals", which would be illegal, I'd still call it a political act and protected under the First.

That's as political as you can get.
