Oh crap...and I just read an article this morning about the bazillions of germs and diseases I can get walking around in my socks at the TSA checkpoint. Great, now I have to sanitize everything when I put my shoes back on after screening. Add this guy's cheese falling off somewhere on his body, and I will have to go for psychiatric treatment.

Can I sue him?

The airport TSA screening just clogs up the system and is pretty worthless, (considering the cost and impact on travel).

However, at least the agents generally have to get out of bed to get paid, rather than sucking up tax funded benefits.

Mr protester can take his ugly flabby naked body somewhere else to make his useless protest. Don't add on another hour to my airport time disrupting things.
