Went to Glock today in Smyrna to get my pistols serviced. My Gen4 21 had an issue where the trigger wouldn't reset. But since I had 5 other Glocks in the armory, I figured I'd get them all checked out. I emailed them to make sure I didn't need an appointment, and that walk-ins were accepted. No appointments are required. Security is easy, as I was required to relinquish ID and all firearms to have their security attach locks on all 6. I was given a badge and instructed to go to the end of the parking lot to the last awning. At the door, we was greeted by nice employees that were happy to take my heavy satchel. They told me 2 hours minimum and we left and went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I got a call about 2 hours later saying my tools were ready to be picked up. Security returning was a bit smoother. Went back to the last door and was told to wait in the lobby while my tools were being gathered. I was brought with a stack of about 5 forms of all the parts that were changed. Great experience and would go again and recommend anyone whose in the area, or plan to be in the area take some time and drop your tools off for service.

I remember going with SafeCracka SafeCracka a while back and it was a breeze as you described. I’ll never forget the guy who brought a busted frame Glock in and told the rep it fell out of the truck all while the armor kept asking if he shot over pressure ammo (wink wink)… he would have got a free replacement but kept saying it just fell out the truck and cracked… instant replacement charge to that idiot 😆

Went there about 6 years ago when I was visiting my son/daughter. Went over to Glock with a G-22 and had then check it out, Guy showed me and my son around and gave us some coffee. Sat around for about a hour and met with the armor that did the work, ask me if I lived around salt water, I did so he replaced all in inners, gave me a new box and a couple new mags and a couple of new swagg. Had a good time. Then it was off to see Nonliberal to engrave a SBR I had. Good time there to, Brian and his wife a good people..

Yes, that guy may have paid the price for the replacement.
But make no mistake, his integrity is priceless.
