So which pistol would you pick for a Glock magazine accepting 2011? I really want an all steel frame with a compensated barrel. If you know of any other viable Glock magazine 2011’s that are with a damn please add them to the post.

1. Fusion Firearms XP Pro: They are going to putting out a 4.75” barreled version later this year with a tool less compensator. All steel frame with an aluminum grip. $1400-$1700 for the new comped model(I’m guessing on the price)

2. Stealth Arms Platypus: Super customizable but you get an aluminum frame. They have zero plans to release a steel frame version which is a negative for me. 2k(once it’s decked out)price. Https://www.stealtharms.net/p/platypus

3. Staccato HD P4.5: It’s a Staccato but the price is super high. In my opinion you’re paying for the name. $2800 price(stupid high price)

I have the platypus and the Fusion.

Fusion is offering ported barrels and threaded barrels for them with minor fitting available on website.
Sa doesn't give you this option.

Fusion uses a optic plates so you can change foot prints. SA you are stuck with it. No changing it without getting a custom slide from SA ( send in for fitting)

Price Fusion is half...

Accuracy, very comparable.

Weight, never paid attention not enough to notice.

If I had to choose one I personally would go with the Fusion, I can have options with little extra costs.

If you want quality and that full size 2011 feel - Staccato.

The puss is a good gun. Just doesn't have that full size feel and weight to me. Depending on what you want, that could be a benefit to you. And the frame is aluminum, not steel.

I don't know much about the Fusion. Can't help there.

great comments. I was totally going to g to buy the Platypus. After looking at the Fusion I’ve changed my mind. Check out the video attached to the above post. Fusion has a new 4.75” comped version coming out. The comp is integrated into the frame.

The Fusion is all steel so it’s going to be around 42oz. I think it’s going to give the Staccato a run for their money.

I mean, to a degree. There are plenty of cheap 2011 options on the market now, and Stacatto does nothing but grow every year.

It'll be just another budget minded option. I doubt that it actually takes much business from Stacatto.

Fusion XP Pro with 4.75” barrel and intergraded comp. I hope the chromed one comes with a. chromed comp.

I don’t know. You’re talking about 1k cheaper. That’s a pretty big difference. That being said the Stacatto will still be the better pistol. The question is by how much.

I got extremely lucky twice and found both the platypus and the Fusion locally so I didn't have to wait for either.

I am Not sure why but the my Fusion will not run the mecgar steel glock mag. Others have reported they can run them but they dont drop free. Mine won't even lock in. All other work well except for the ammend2 g17 mags. The base is to thick for the magwell.

Good to know. I only have Glock oem mags cause I’m fancy.
