Glock OR M&P OR XD

I got to handle all 3 at a shop in Covington. The XD .45c definitely feels better in my hand over the others. The M&P .45c was not bad but the Glock 36 slim pointed way high for me. I reckon I need to shoot the XD and M&P but might try to make a deal one or the other. The interchangeable backstraps on the M&P may bring it up to the XD feel.

I was torn between all 3 plus an XDM. Tried them all, found the M&P was the best for me. Felt better, I shot it better, and is pretty slim compared to the others, I carry it daily.

Check out the Kahr Line of compacts. They are more compact and lighter weight than any you have mentioned. The quality is spot on, plus the accuracy is right there also. The only problem I had with mine was that I let the salesman talk me into a 9MM when I
am partial to a .45ACP. I will tell you for sure that from the polymer frame on up to the more expensive stainless frame you can't go wrong on any one of them. Also you can carry all day long in comfort...

Without a doubt, Glock 19. Easily the best shooting 9 mm out there for the money. That is the one gun I can put in just about any new shooters hand and they will shoot it very well with good accuracy if they have the basic fundamentals of shooting down pat.

M&P first, Glock second, XD a distant third. Another angle to look at...the M&P and the Glock are carried by many LE agencies, is the XD? No.

Glock 20c best Glock ever made. 10mm will solve anyones illes towards at the tune of 570#'s of energy. I like glock but want to try and M&P but S&W does not sell a 10mm version so its glock for me.
