GLOCK OR TAURUS

People who don't trust Taurus are people who work at gun stores and ranges and get tired of shipping off brand new Taurus's back to the factory for repairs. Believe it or not it's a thing.

Ask yourself this: Which one would I trust my life with? Which one do people that put thier lifes on the line (police officers)everyday trust? Glock no question over a Taurus!!!!

The G2 is a different animal. Too many of them out there with no issues. I dare say the g2 is a more reliable gun than the Sig P365 at this point.

They are solid guns, whatever you think about Taurus. So you are uneducated on the gun in question, yes.

Just bigotry from gun snobs... the Taurus G2 is a great gun, don’t listen to these guys.

You'll never get a straight answer here. It's more about preference than anything else. There are people here that would throw themselves in front of a train before admitting their favorite brand has a flaw or that there might be a better choice out there. I own both, never had an issue with either. One cost me just under $400 used, then I got new free springs from glock and the other cost me $250 brand new.

Track records speak for themselves, so Taurus made a gun that actually works. That does not mean I am uneducated. I just know for a fact, that other gun manufacturers reputations for making a better product are unparralled compared to Taurus. You bet your life on a Taurus G2 if you like, I will spend my money on a better weapon with a longstanding reputation for reliability.

Since I've owned several Glocks and still carry a G19 daily, and had a G26 that I sold, I guess I'll buy another one. I know a 26 or a G2 is not a pocket gun, I have a Ruger LCP for that, and had an EC9 that I pocket carried for a while. I am thinking about a G42 also.....................Thanks for all the replies............
