Glock question for a Glock expert

I know that you can switch out to a 357 barrel into a G27 or put a 40 S&W barrel in a G33. I also know that I can load 40 S&W in my G33 magazines (and vis-versa.) My question is: Are the magazines
interchangeable? Can I use G27 mags in a G33? I cannot find the answer to that question. Thanks.

They do have their own distinct mag followers so there is a good chance of a malfunction. But you could also conduct your own "test" and just see your results. But def wouldn't trust it to carry

I don't think there is any difference between .357 and .40 magazines. I don't think S&W even makes .357 magazines even though they sell .357sig guns, the mags are stamped .40.

I have both magazines and checked the followers and they are identical. No difference in the followers or mags.
