ok first of all if my question has been asked before i am sorry dont attack me . ok now i am not a glock man and dont know alot about them ,my question is this . was talking to a guy and he said he wanted a glock 28 but continued to tell me they were illegal to own by anyone but leo. WHY? info

He is wrong, they dont score high enough to be imported to the US per BATFE requirements. No LE or Mil can buy one if they wanted to. They were also never designed for the US market, they were made for nations that dont allow weapons for civilians in NATO rounds like 9mm.

Kind of wish Glock did have a .380 to sell here in the US, mainly a single stack one.

The .380 glocks are the same size as the 9mm ones so I don't know why anyone here would want one
