I thank you and all the ODT community that decided to help with some of these medical bills and getting my grand daughter some Christmas. She still believes in Santa, so this may be the year she finds out. She's been a great kid and is an honor roll student, so she won't understand unless she learns the truth. I knew at an early age, but her innocence is heart warming. Wish each and everyone of you the very best of Holidays and great New Year!!
I don't think you need to tell the little one anything just yet. I wouldn't sell the house or car until I absolutely had to. Most places will work with you.
Honestly, if you have true faith that God will provide, you gotta stop trying to do His work and let Him. I spent my whole life telling people God would provide for me and was killing myself trying to do what I thought He wanted me to do only to finally figured out that I was supposed to stop trying to do everything and let Him. It took a long time to actually stop but things are a whole lot better now.

God Bless you Brother. Sorry about your Dad. Lost my Mom and brother to liver cancer 3 years ago, and 7 months apart. Its a serious thing, and I'm only starting to find out how expensive. Hope you and yours have a great Holiday season.

Dude, I know what you mean about the EBT and other programs. I've had folks come right up to me in the "Good Kroger" at 96 and try to get me to let them pay for my stuff with their card for cash. You should call or text me tomorrow.

Thankyou, Thankyou, and Thank you again. Don't know exactly when the checks will start, but have been approved for my disability and on the road to a better day. Everyone that has helped us, sent prayers, and even the doubters, God Bless each and every one of you. This has opened my eye's that there ARE still decent caring human beings in the world, and this has restored my faith in God and my fellow man. Hope all have a great Holiday season, and our prayers are with each and everyone. The kind-hearted folks have really made this a good Christmas for my family and for that I'm eternally greatful.
