Gold inlay question

Ive used it on several occasions. Easy enough to work with but dries out EXTREMELY fast!!!! Biggest problem is when you get it, the liquid is already evaporated, had that happen several times. Looks good and I don't know how long it will last...still looks good 2 years later.

In my experience, the gold inlay is very hard to remove. I've tried acetone and a bristle brush in a Dremel tool without success. Does anyone have any experience removing it without harming the bluing?
