I personally would stay away from any recipe that uses a beaver already stuffed with nuts.

First start with a beaver with all the hair removed.
Next clean the beaver. Those things can be pretty nasty.
The cleaner the better. Personally, I eat mine raw, but depending on the mood I suggest some chocolate syrup or whipped cream. The sweat offsets the naturally salty taste of the beaver.
