Got a Beaver recipe?

I have a few Beaver that are in my pond. I've killed a few of them and buried
the carcass. Anyone got a recipe?

... I'd much rather eat the Beaver than throw it away.

I like to eat beaver raw and hairless after being cleaned thoroughly. They can be hard to get and they mostly come out at night.

It's been a long time since I've had any Beaver but I beleive it was roastred in a roasting bag like you would do a Raccoon or old hen.
