As a former head legal clerk in my company who typed the Article 15's, court martials, discharges and terminations, I certainly can relate to the license plate. Thanks.

As many as I got, the Federal gubmint should give me that number as a Permanent "Courtesy Plate".

I was a stubborn ass in my youth...who would piss off superiors by being right and letting them know such. Payback was a bitch, as they say.

An article 15 is a non judicial punishment. Company commanders sometimes give them out like candy, usually because they're pricks.

I think the Navy calls them a Captain's Mast.
