Big’ole boneless chicken breastessess coated with olive oil, then the seasoning got shook on while the charcoal got right (40min) . 3-4min sear on both sides over the charcoal and 30min simmer about 6 inches from the coals. The grill was staying at about 400 degrees.

LARGE BOTTLE OF FRANKS RED HOT SAUCE LAYER THE VEGGIES THEN CHICKEN THEN VEGGIES THEN CHICKEN TILL CASEROLE DISH IS FULL
POUR THE FRANKS ON TOP OF IT ALL AND COOK IN OVER AT 350 TILL THE CHICKEN IS DONE
SEEMS TO ME THE VEGGIES GET THE HEAT AND CHICKEN GETS THE FLAVOR.. y’all enjoy
