A sheriff deputy left a gun in a Wendy’s bathroom, a kid finds it and there are no charges !!??
( If it had been me, I would have been charged. Of course I don’t belong to the “good ole boy” crew ! )

My company has on office in Detroit where we are neighbors with the good ole ATF. Last time I traveled there for work, I went to the restroom to get rid of the morning coffee. Looked down and voila, an ATF issued Glock sitting on the toilet paper roll. SMH.

I don’t think I could have done that….i would be too scared a kid or someone else that isn’t supposed to have access to one would find it. Mainly I would’ve been worried about a child finding it.
