They have the "you owe us 5 bucks if you shoot over the line" target holders. Range is WAY long in the tooth and I used to be a member there way back in the day. Not a fan now and it is the closest range to my house.
Not sure about the other ranges but Sandy Springs is back open. They have a rubber backstop so no problem shooting steel case ammo as long as it isn't AP or tracer. No restriction on rate of fire and no RSO's.
