Depends on what you want done. John at The Foxhole is doing some pretty decent work. For work on vintage stuff then I recommend Joe West in Dahlonega.

If you ask in any of the Gainesville stores they are likely to refer you to some "hogleg" dude. He is/was just outside Gainesville off Candler hwy, but a lot of bad things have been said about him on here. So.....
