First time I ever saw this movie was tonight I remember vaguely hearing about mr. Doss and he is conscientious " objector" status so I kind of just didn't really have the desire to see it until tonight.
Although probably kind of gory for a lot of battle vets I would imagine I have to say I have immense respect for this man's faith in character. Directed by Mel Gibson it was extremely moving...
In 1966 Desmond Doss rescued 6 people from a cave in North Georgia I could not find the exact location listed anywhere...
A ranger once took me to a cave on top of Pigeon Mountain that was absolutely scary and I am wondering if that was possibly the same cave?

Anyway, if you haven't seen it and can sit for a couple hours... I think I had to break it into 4 segments this is a eye-opener to respecting people with faith in God...
Amen. Rest in peace mr. Doss you were definitely one of a kind.
