I rescued this a couple years ago and I got it all cleaned up and the edge is in good shape. Making a handle has been on my to do list for two years now and I just don't have the time. Can someone help and what would something like that run? Thanks in advance y'all

Easy enough to do yourself. Get knife scales and pins, acetone to clean the metal and wood scales, some epoxy, glue them up and then sand the scales to shape. Finish with a good varnish, lacquer or polyurethane. But if you don't have the time to do it....I may be able to help you with this. I have done several and will be doing more
