I think what sovietak-74 is correct. I have a three of the + 2 on my G-22 mags making the 17 rds each.

The only factory 19rd mags I've seen are for government contracts and G18s... which I guess is kind of the same thing.

They are simply 17rd mags with a +2 factory extension. There is also an upgraded spring for these.
