I don't get it. how is one free speech and one a hate crime? passed the tipping point is correct.

Had the guy used something non-contoversial, like the U.S. Flag, it would have been seen as an expression of free speech.

The "gay general manager", as opposed to the general manager. I didn't know we identified managers by their bedroom manners. About the only crime committed is criminal mischief with property damage. Hate crime? Really?
