Last I know is that American Tactical bought them years ago, did their private label for AT before AT moved to Sommerville, SC - don't know if they still own them, but probably sure that Tony still does

Buzz the orig. owner had worked for the Orig. Bushmaster Co. before the ACR hit the market.

Buzz never owned Head Down. He owned C3 Defense. David left C3 and started Head Down with Lee Queen.

Bushmaster bought Cobb Manufacturing, another Dallas gun maker.
