Does anyone use any and if so what brands and models have you had success with or is this just another hunting gimmick??
Hearing enhancements for Deer Hunting

I ain't heard a deer walk in years. If I hear a Turkey gobble, he is Close. I can't hear a squirrel bark more than50-60 yards. This has had no effect on my hunting. I just sit longer and more still than other folks.
squirrels still give me fits
I tried hunting a few times last year with my ear pro. More so because I was hunting with a 7mm Mag that has a brake on it than for the advantages of hearing deer movements. It was OK, but not sure I would continue doing it. One of the times I tried it last year I walked in and sat on a hill. It ended up raining that day and the drops of water on leaves kept cutting the ear pro on and off and I felt like I woulda been better w/o them.
