Help: AK barrel chop to 14.5 & pin muzzle device

I am looking for some one around Atlanta who can cut an AK barrel down and attach a muzzle device to bring it to legal length. This will be for use with a suppressor so it has to be concentric.

It will be on a rifle with the gas block FSB combo.

Dobbs Defense. AKs can be tricky as sometimes the bore is not centered in the barrel, or so I'm told.
